Refund policy

We strive for happy holders of Dhérèse products, and we’d like you to be absolutely delighted too! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund. Please get in touch with us at info@dherese.com with your order number, reason for return and, if possible, a photo of the product and shipping materials. We’ll get back to you quickly with instructions on how to return the product. 

Did your order arrive damaged? 
Oh no! Definitely drop us an email with the above details and we'll get a replacement out to you as soon as possible. We will cover the shipping charges of both the return and the replacement.

Change your mind?
We'd be happy to exchange your Ring Keeper for a different colour, or refund your purchase if preferred. Please return the product to us* within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund. Alternatively, consider paying it forward as a gift for someone else!
* Shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility


Custom Accessories

All custom charms (dated or initialled) are non-refundable. You must request a cancellation of your order with 24 hours of submitting.
