Processing Time
Regular Hours: Please allow 5-7 days after your order is placed to finalize, package things up and safely deliver your order to your chosen shipping carrier. Our products are shipped directly by us from, Ontario, Canada. Shipping costs (especially within Canada) have been steadily rising, and in recognition of this potential barrier, I am pleased to share the shipping costs of your order. Please refer to the chart below (and the options presented to you at checkout) for our shipping charges and options.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, shipping address, and the postal service selected. All options are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Postal Strikes and the Holiday Season can cause higher parcel volumes and delays for both Canada Post, USPS & UPS. Once our orders are released, we have no control over courier times. Which shipping method should I choose?
Canada Post Letter Mail – this shipping option does not include a tracking number and is not insured. At certain times of the year, letter mail can be delayed or take several weeks to be delivered. Once your order is released into letter mail, it is out of our control. We are unable to refund lost packages through this shipping method.
Canada Post Tracked Packet – this shipping method is assigned a tracking number. You can monitor your orders through the tracking number. For lost or damaged packages, a claim can be made through Canada Post's website. Please contact us for assistance with submitting a claim. Once the claim is processed and approved, we will happily ship you a replacement order.
Chit Chats Select – this shipping method is tracked and insured. It takes approximately 3-9 days; however, it may take longer for more remote locations in Canada. It is a unique shipping opportunity provided to small businesses to allow us to ship safely at a fraction of the cost in Canada. This option also allows insurance on your shipment if it does not arrive up to $100 CAD. Please contact us for assistance with submitting a claim. Once the claim is processed and approved, we will happily ship you a replacement order.
Free Local Pick-up/Drop-off - (Unavailable in July) All customers are welcome to pick up their order by appointment only. Please contact us at info@dherese.com to set a pick-up time. If you live in the Oakville to Niagara Region along the QEW, we are happy to try to assist with local drop-off. Please allow 2-10 days for delivery.

Please note: The Ring Keeper is a registered Canadian design and is shipped from Canada; however, each Ring Keeper is handmade in China. All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
International Orders - Be advised that international orders take a considerable amount of time in transit. This can take between 7-30 business days depending on where you are in the world. We recommend tracking options for all international orders. Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
